Lesson Cancellation Policy

To All of our Students - Do wszystkich naszych studentów

We've noticed that lately a lot of our students cancel lessons at the last minute. That's why we decided to change rules. We have recently implemented a new Lesson Cancellation Policy which reads as follows:

1. Pre-arranged lesson cancellations: NO CHARGE (although we ask for as much notice as possible, especially if cancelling more than one week's worth of lessons)

2. Lessons cancelled with 24-48 hours notice - 10.00

3. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice -   A FULL LESSON FEE WILL BE CHARGED - 20,00

Charges will apply to any lesson cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, except in exceptional/emergency circumstances.
